2. Product Condition

Pena Appliances specializes in selling used, pre-owned, and refurbished household appliances.

All products are sold as-is unless otherwise specified in writing.

The condition of each appliance (used, refurbished, or new) is clearly described before purchase.

Cosmetic imperfections such as minor scratches or dents do not affect product functionality.

3. Warranty Policy

All items may include a limited store warranty, as stated on the sales receipt or invoice.

Warranties cover functional issues only (not cosmetic damage or misuse).

Customers must report any issue within the warranty period to qualify for service or replacement.

Warranty does not cover damages caused by improper installation, misuse, or external factors (power surges, water damage, etc.).

4. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted only if approved by management and must be made within [X days, e.g. 7 or 14 days] from the date of purchase.

Returned products must be in the same condition as sold and accompanied by the original receipt.

A restocking fee may apply.

Delivery, installation, or removal fees are non-refundable.

5. Payments

All payments must be made in full before delivery or pickup.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

6. Delivery & Installation

Delivery and installation services are available for an additional fee.

Customers must ensure that delivery areas are accessible and ready for installation.

Pena Appliances is not responsible for property damage caused by restricted access, incorrect measurements, or unsafe conditions at the delivery location.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pena Appliances shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use a purchased product. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the appliance.

8. Privacy Policy

Customer information (name, address, phone, email) is collected solely for communication, delivery, and service purposes. Pena Appliances does not sell or share personal data with third parties.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
